There is a new resident on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square. A sculpture of a skeletal horse by Hans Haacke has replaced the blue cockerel which stood there previously. Probably not to all tastes, but what I don't understand is why the horse comes complete with an electronic ticker of share prices.
